Ms. Graf was literally born into the company. Her father founded the enterprise, and while the company grew, he quickly realized that the needed talents for organisation and customer focus were to be found in his own family. His daughter received the responsibilities regarding the concerns and needs of clients, staff and business partners. Her motto is "Mission Possible" and she daily brings the precision for which she is also known on the golf course to bear into the company's daily operations.
